Bu işlem profilini, fotoğraflarını, oyunlarını, eşleşmelerini, sohbetlerini, raporlarını ve bildirimlerini kalıcı olarak siler. Geri alınamaz.

Uygulama içinden silme

1. Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Hesabı Sil
2. Onaylamak için HESABIMI SİL yaz
3. İşlemi onayla

Uygulamayı sildiysen veya erişemiyorsan bu sayfadan da talepte bulunabilirsin.

Web üzerinden silme

Uygulama içi silme mümkün değilse help@gameinstudio.onmicrosoft.com adresine “Hesabımı sil” talebiyle başvur. Son giriş tarihinden itibaren güvenlik için son giriş yapmış olman gerekebilir.

Silinen veriler

• Profil bilgileri ve fotoğraflar
• Oyun profilleri
• Beğeni, geçme ve eşleşme kayıtları
• Sohbet mesajları
• Bildirim geçmişi

Bazı veriler (yasal zorunluluklar, moderasyon kayıtları, sahtecilik önleme) yasal saklama süreleri boyunca tutulabilir. Silme işlemi genellikle 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. İşlem sırasında destek için help@gameinstudio.onmicrosoft.com ile iletişime geçebilirsin.

Delete Account

Permanent Account Deletion

This action permanently deletes your profile, photos, games, matches, chats, reports, and notifications. It cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

1. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account
2. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm
3. Confirm the action

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request deletion from this page.

Delete via web

If you cannot delete from the app, email help@gameinstudio.onmicrosoft.com with the subject “Delete my account”. For security, you may need to have signed in recently.

What gets deleted

• Profile information and photos
• Game profiles
• Likes, passes, and matches
• Chat messages
• Notification history

Some data (legal requirements, moderation records, fraud prevention) may be retained for legal retention periods. Deletion is usually completed within 30 days. Contact help@gameinstudio.onmicrosoft.com during the process if needed.
