Bu Gizlilik Politikası, GameBuddy’nin kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını, sakladığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Veri sorumlusu GameIn Studio’dur (gameinstudio.com.tr).

Veri sorumlusu

Toplanan veriler

İşlenebilecek veriler: kimlik doğrulama kimliği ve e-posta (Google/Apple), kullanıcı adı, profil fotoğrafları, biyografi, beyan ettiğiniz ülke/şehir, oyun profilleri ve keşfet tercihleri, müsaitlik bilgisi, beğeni/geçme/eşleşme kayıtları, sohbet mesajları, isteğe bağlı Gameet kullanıcı adı, engelleme listesi, bildirim tercihleri, push jetonu, cihaz/OS/uygulama sürümü, IP adresi ve bağlantı (trafik) kayıtları, hata ve güvenlik logları (Crashlytics), rapor/moderasyon kayıtları. Sürekli hassas GPS takibi yapılmaz; reklam veya pazarlama amaçlı izleme yoktur.

Kullanım amaçları

Veriler; hesabı yönetmek, uygun oyun arkadaşlarını göstermek, eşleşme ve mesajlaşmayı sağlamak, bildirim göndermek, kötüye kullanım ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek, raporları incelemek, destek sunmak, hizmeti iyileştirmek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için kullanılır. Push bildirimleri yalnızca hizmetin işleyişine ilişkindir (beğeni, eşleşme, mesaj, duyuru); pazarlama amaçlı ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmez. Bildirimleri uygulama içinden ve cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

Hukuki sebepler

İşleme; KVKK m.5 kapsamında sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (hesap, profil, eşleşme, mesajlaşma), meşru menfaat (güvenlik, moderasyon ve hizmet bütünlüğü — haklarınızla dengelenerek), hukuki yükümlülük (ör. 5651 sayılı Kanun kapsamındaki trafik kayıtları) ve gerektiğinde açık rıza sebeplerine dayanır. Paylaşım ve alt işlemciler

Verilerinizi satmayız. Hizmetin sunulması için veri işleyen sıfatıyla şu sağlayıcılar kullanılır: Google LLC (Firebase: kimlik doğrulama, veri tabanı, dosya depolama, bildirim/FCM, Crashlytics hata raporlama, App Check), Apple Inc. (Apple ile giriş) ve Resend Inc. (hata bildirimi e-postalarının iletimi). Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; yurt dışına aktarım KVKK m.9’daki uygun güvencelere tabidir (bkz. KVKK Aydınlatma Metni). Profilinizde görünür kıldığınız bilgiler diğer kullanıcılara; mesajlar sohbet taraflarına gösterilir. Yasal zorunluluk veya ciddi güvenlik/CSAE hâllerinde yetkili mercilere aktarım yapılabilir.

Saklama ve silme

Veriler, amaç için gerekli süre ve yasal saklama süreleri kadar tutulur; internet trafik kayıtları 5651 sayılı Kanun uyarınca mevzuatta öngörülen süreyle saklanır. Hesap silindiğinde profil, fotoğraflar, oyunlar, beğeniler, eşleşmeler, sohbetler ve rapor kayıtları kalıcı silme sürecine alınır (kısa teknik yedek gecikmesi ve yasal istisnalar saklıdır). Güvenlik

Yetkilendirme, şifreli iletim, erişim kontrolü ve kötüye kullanım azaltma önlemleri uygulanır. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli garanti edilemez.

Profil fotoğrafı koruması

Başkalarının profil fotoğraflarını görüntülerken desteklenen cihazlarda (özellikle Android) ekran görüntüsü ve kayıt kısıtlanmaya çalışılır. iOS ve bazı cihazlarda işletim sistemi sınırları nedeniyle koruma tam garanti edilemez.

Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, düzeltilmesini ve silinmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analiz sonucu aleyhinize çıkan sonuca itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlanır; reddedilirse Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır. Uygulama içinden profili düzenleyebilir, kullanıcıları engelleyebilir, bildirimleri yönetebilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Başvuru: gameinstudio.com.tr/#contact

Çocuklar (18+)

GameBuddy 18 yaş altına yönelik değildir. Reşit olmadığı anlaşılan hesaplar kapatılır. Çocuk cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsü (CSAE) içerik/davranışı yasaktır; tespitinde hesap kapatılır ve yasal mercilere bildirim yapılabilir.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GameBuddy collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. The data controller is GameIn Studio (gameinstudio.com.tr).

Data controller

Personal data is processed by GameIn Studio. For the detailed disclosure required under Turkish law, see the “KVKK Notice” inside the app (Settings). Requests: gameinstudio.com.tr/#contact

Data we collect

We may process: authentication identifier and email (Google/Apple), username, profile photos, bio, declared country/city, game profiles and Discover preferences, availability, likes/passes/matches, chat messages, optional Gameet username, block list, notification preferences, push tokens, device/OS/app version, IP address and connection (traffic) logs, error and security logs (Crashlytics), and moderation records. We do not continuously track precise GPS and do not use advertising or marketing trackers.

How we use data

Data is used to run accounts, show relevant players, enable matching and messaging, send notifications, prevent abuse and fraud, review reports, provide support, improve the Service, and meet legal obligations. Push notifications relate solely to the operation of the Service (likes, matches, messages, announcements); we do not send marketing messages. You can turn notifications off in-app and in device settings.

Legal bases

Processing relies on the grounds in KVKK Art. 5: performance of a contract (account, profile, matching, messaging), legitimate interests (security, moderation, and service integrity, balanced against your rights), legal obligations (e.g., traffic logs under Law No. 5651), and consent where required. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. The following providers act as processors for us: Google LLC (Firebase: authentication, database, file storage, notifications/FCM, Crashlytics crash reporting, App Check), Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple), and Resend Inc. (delivery of error-report emails). Their servers may be located abroad; cross-border transfers are subject to the appropriate safeguards of KVKK Art. 9 (see the KVKK Notice). Profile information you make visible is shown to other users; messages go to chat participants. We may disclose data to authorities when legally required or for serious safety/CSAE matters.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above and for legally required retention periods; internet traffic logs are retained as required by Law No. 5651. After account deletion, your profile, photos, games, likes, matches, chats, and report records enter permanent deletion (a short technical backup delay and legal exceptions may apply). You can delete your account in-app (Settings) or on the web: gameinstudio.com.tr/gamebuddy/delete-account

Security

We apply authorization, encryption in transit, access controls, and abuse-mitigation measures. No system can guarantee 100% security.

Profile photo protection

When viewing others’ profile photos, supported devices (especially Android) attempt to block screenshots and screen recording. OS limits may reduce effectiveness on iOS and some devices.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction and erasure, request that corrections and erasures be notified to recipients, object to a result arising against you from exclusively automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if rejected, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. Children (18+)

GameBuddy is not directed at users under 18. Under-18 accounts are closed. CSAE content or behavior is prohibited; we close accounts and may report to authorities.
